Users can connect supported services to re:one through a secure OAuth consent process.

Users decide which permissions to grant. re:one only gets access after explicit consent.

re:one uses the shared data exclusively to provide the features selected by the user.
Transparent Google integration
Users can connect their Google account to re:one via Google OAuth.
re:one only gets access to Google user data after the user has explicitly granted the corresponding permissions through the Google consent screen.
Depending on the enabled features and granted permissions, re:one can access supported Google services such as Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Drive, and Google Meet.
The data is used exclusively to provide the features selected and triggered by the user in re:one.
Gmail
Gmail access is used so users can find, read, compose, prepare, and send emails within re:one after an active user action.
Google Calendar
Calendar access is used to display calendar events and create or edit appointments as requested by the user.
Google Drive
Google Drive access is used for files that the user explicitly uses, selects, opens, or creates through re:one.
Google Meet
Google Meet access is used so users can create conferences and display basic information about the corresponding meetings.
